Celebrate Recovery at Shoreline

Sometimes we believe that we are alone in our struggle with life’s problems. We believe that no one could possibly understand our hurts and pain—that they are especially unique and difficult. The good news is we are not alone in Jesus and we are not alone through Celebrate Recovery! Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered, 12-step recovery program, made up of real people just like you and me, meeting at 6:30 PM every Friday here at Shoreline.

Men’s Book Study: Risk

Jesus challenges God’s man to throw all those words out the window. Taught by Pastor Brandon Westphal, Risk is for men who are ready to go to the next level in their faith and ready to say goodbye to playing it safe when it comes to radically trusting their Savior. The purpose of this men’s Bible study is to examine the accurate, chronological, and comprehensive account of the unique life of Jesus the Christ, as told by “Luke, the beloved physician,” and be transformed by God’s word. The Gospel of Luke is the longest and most extensive Gospel due to Luke’s emphasis on chronological and historical accuracy and is the only Gospel with a sequel (The Book of Acts). Through an in-depth analysis of the text using inductive Bible study methods, Bible software, and visual content, we will be challenged and encouraged to apply Biblical principles to our lives.
