Sermon: The Enticement of Greed

Enjoy this message by Pastor Kevin Harney from the sermon series The 7 Deadly Sins. There are sins that are very serious and have a way of propelling us into other sins. Sometimes they are called the Seven Deadly Sins. These specific sins can seem like no big deal, but God takes them very seriously. In this series we will identify what these sins are, why they are so dangerous, and how to resist and run from them.

Men’s Bible Study: The Book of Titus

Paul commissions Titus to demonstrate how the good news of Jesus could transform the culture in Crete from within. Paul’s letter to Titus urged him to remind Cretan believers that while they live in a sinful culture, they can be transformed into a new humanity by the same grace that Jesus demonstrated when he died to redeem them. This is as relevant to us today as we, too, are living in a sinful culture that can only be transformed through the power of Jesus resurrection.

Men’s Bible Study: The Gospel of Luke

A study of the Gospel of Luke with David Piazza. The purpose of this men’s Bible study is to examine the accurate, chronological, and comprehensive account of the unique life of Jesus the Christ, as told by “Luke, the beloved physician,” and be transformed by God’s word. The Gospel of Luke is the longest and most extensive Gospel due to Luke’s emphasis on chronological and historical accuracy and is the only Gospel with a sequel (The Book of Acts). Through an in-depth analysis of the text using inductive Bible study methods, Bible software, and visual content, we will be challenged and encouraged to apply Biblical principles to our lives.
