Join us for our annual Christmas event on Friday, December 3rd from 7 pm – 9 pm in the Worship Center. Enjoy an evening of fellowship, music, dessert, and exceptional teaching to kick off the Christmas season! This event is a great time of celebration and festivities but it is also an essential tie to remember the reason why we celebrate. Enjoy a live musical performance and a time of teaching from an exceptional speaker. This will be a perfect opportunity for you to invite your neighbors, friends, family members, and coworkers who do yet know Jesus as the gospel message will be presented and a response encouraged. For more information, please contact womensevents@shoreline.church.

On Campus & Online

You are invited to join us on campus in the Worship Center on Friday, December 3rd beginning at 7 pm. The cost of the on-campus experience is $15 per person which includes beautiful desserts, warm beverages, a musical performance, exceptional teaching, and a copy of our guest speaker’s book, God’s Many Voices: Learning to Listen, Expectant to Hear.

If you are unable to join us on campus in the Worship Center, we invite you to register for our online experience. The Worship Center will be live-streamed on this webpage beginning at 7:30 pm. The cost for the online experience is $10 which includes a digital copy of God’s Many Voices. Sign-up using the blue button below.

What is the Women’s Christmas Dessert?

The Women’s Christmas Dessert is an annual Christmas celebration with a musical performance, Christmas carols, beautiful desserts, hot beverages, and a time of teaching. This is first and foremost an opportunity for the women of Shoreline to invite those in their life who do not yet know Jesus to come and receive the joy of the Christmas season. The gospel message will be presented and a response encouraged.

Who is speaking at the Women’s Christmas Dessert?

Liz Ditty is our guest speaker this year. Liz is the author of God’s Many Voices: Learning to Listen, Expectant to Hear. Liz also serves on the teaching team at Westgate Church, a multi-site non-denominational church in Silicon Valley. She also preaches at other local churches and loves to speak to leaders, women, and college students. She is a trained Spiritual Director through the Sustainable Faith program and believes we can all see God more clearly when we look for Him in the stories that surround our everyday life.

Will there be assigned seating with table hosts?

There will no longer be assigned seating at this event. Guests are invited to enter the Worship Center and choose a seat that is most comfortable for them. There will be cocktail tables to stand at and fellowship, chairs, stadium seating, and ADA-compliant tables at which to enjoy the event.

How can I participate in the online experience?

You are strongly encouraged to attend on campus if you are able. If you are not able to attend on campus, you are invited to join us in our online experience. Visit this webpage for a link to join the live-stream on the night of the event. The live-stream will begin at 7:30 pm. The online experience includes a link to a digital copy of Liz Ditty’s book, God’s Many Voices.

How many people can I bring with me to this event?

Bring as many people as you would like! There is no assigned seating this year, so you are welcome to bring any and all women in your life that needs to receive the hope of the Christmas season. On-site registration will be available for any last-minute guests, although pre-registration is highly encouraged.

Are children welcome at this event? Will there be childcare?

Childcare will not be provided at this event. Children under 12 years of age are invited to remain at home with a loving parent, guardian, or babysitter. Girls and young women over the age of 12 are welcome to attend with their mothers, grandmothers, or guardians.

What is the cost of the Women’s Christmas Dessert?

For the on-campus participant, the cost of the event is $15 which includes desserts, beverages, and a physical copy of God’s Many Voices. For the online participant, the cost of the event is $10 which includes access to the live-stream and a digital copy of God’s Many Voices. 

What happens if I have technical difficulties?

Shoreline Church is not able to assist you with any technical difficulties you may face during the event (7 pm – 9 pm). We ask that you set up all technology and test your internet connection before the event to avoid any potential issues that may arise.
