Memorize and Reflect

37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:37-39

Prayer Direction

Thank Jesus for the amazing gift of salvation! Ask the Holy Spirit to give you the power to walk and lie in the freedom of salvation. Pray for power to overcome temptations in the resurrection power of Jesus. COnfess where you are struggling and ask for God's forgiveness and strength to press on as you follow Jesus.

“Live It!” Challenge

Put it on the scales! - Make a list of some of the gifts, blessings, hope, joy, and benefits you have because of the salvation you have in Jesus. Then, in your mind try to compare these to the struggles you face in this life (as real and challenging as they are). Seek to see the scales tip as you recognize that God's blessings and the benefits of your salvation far outweigh the pain of this life.
