All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness…

Prayer Direction

Ask God to give you discipline and commitment to open the Bible and read it every day, with an open heart and life! Pray for the Holy Spirit of God to speak to you through the Scriptures. Ask for a commitment to follow the teaching of the Bible, even when it stretches and challenges you.

“Live It!” Challenge

Study John’s Gospel – Take time in the coming weeks to read the story of Jesus recorded in the Gospel of John. Look for ways that this reveals the person and plan of God to the world.

Small Group Discussion

  2. If you have a favorite Bible passage (or one you really love), what is it and what does it mean to you?

  6. If words are meant to help us understand something with greater clarity, how does the Bible help us understand God and how does Jesus reveal the character and heart of God?

  7. Read: 2 Timothy 3:16-17. How have you experienced the truth of the Bible and why do you seek to base your life on the message of the Bible?
