Memorize and Reflect

But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves. (2 Peter 2:1)

Prayer Direction

Ask the Holy Spirit to give you the wisdom to recognize truth and falsehood. Pray for the Father to give you the power to follow His truth and reject what is false. Praise Jesus that He is the truth of God.

“Live It!” Challenge

How God Sees Me - Read 1 Peter 2:4-5, 9-10. Make a list of each thing God says about Christians. If you are a follower of Jesus, write these down and read them every morning when you wake up for the next week. Promise God that you will do your best through the day to live knowing that this is who you are.
