Memorize and Reflect
Paul and his companions traveled throughout the region of Phrygia and Galatia, having been kept by the Holy Spirit from preaching the word in the province of Asia. 7 When they came to the border of Mysia, they tried to enter Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus would not allow them to. ([bible]Acts 16:6-7[/bible])
Ask for a heart that is receptive to hear when the Spirit says “Stop” or “Go.” Pray for boldness when the Holy Spirit opens the doors to share the love, grace, and story of Jesus with someone who needs to know about God’s love. Ask God to give you power to follow His leading even when it involves struggle, suffering, or sacrifice.
“Live It!” Challenge
Stop and Go Make a commitment to stop one thing you feel the Spirit has been convicting you about and to also start one thing you know God has been prompting you to do. Ask someone else to pray for you and keep you accountable to follow through on both of these.
