Memorize and Reflect

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. (Ephesians 1:3)

Prayer Direction

Take time to joyfully thank God for the beauty of creation, the people in your life, and the amazing grace and love of Jesus. Pray for eyes to see God’s blessings on a daily basis and lips ready to speak or sing out words of joy! Take a moment to confess a sin you have kept hidden from God (or at least have tried to keep hidden). Take joy in the forgiveness Jesus freely extends to you!

“Live It!” Challenge

Joyful Prayers: Do your best to lift up a short prayer of joyful praise every hour you are awake for a whole day. If you need to set an alarm on your watch or phone, do it. You will be amazed at how joy grows as you lift up prayers of thanks to God!
