Memorize and Reflect

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. ([bible]Colossians 3:1 [/bible])

Prayer Direction

Thank God for the amazing gift of grace and for going ahead of you to prepare an eternal place for you that is beyond description. Ask God to help you learn to set your heart and eyes on things that are eternal and beyond this life. Pray for people you love who have not yet learned the way to heaven.

“Live It!” Challenge

A Shift in Understanding – Make a list of the different ways you have heard people describe what they think heaven will be like. Add ideas you have had through the years. Then, think about what we learned in this week’s message. What are some of your misunderstandings and how do you need to change your thinking about heaven?
