In the above question, how do you personally discern the difference?
How does the watering down of truth pose dangers to us?
Why is knowing certain things to be true so important?
Read John 14:6 together and discuss the various meanings you find within this verse.
When you think of things that are true in the Bible, which verses, narratives and teachings come to mind as absolute truths?
How do you view the current cultural trend in which people claim “their truth” and where do you see opportunities to counter this trend?
Define and discuss the differences between beliefs, opinions and truths.
Read Psalm 25:5 and share what truths you sense God is teaching you now.
