Day 1 READ: Exodus 12:14 and Exodus 12:25
Both of these verses speak of commemoration. What is a significant remembrance event in your immediate or extended family? What did it mean to you as a child? What do you hope it means to your family in the future? What regular remembrance do you feel is important to add to your family’s routine?
Day 1 PRAY: Ask the Lord to reveal how your table connections might grow stronger in the area of Spiritual Family Legacy. Explore how table time in your unique family setting could/should grow in the arenas of Blessing, Breaking, and Giving, as described in the message.
Day 2 READ: Deuteronomy 6:1-9, Deuteronomy 6:20-25
As you read through this passage, note how many times the words ‘you’ and ‘your’ appear. Verses 6 and 7 present an order of priority. What do you take away from this order? Why such an emphasis on teaching these laws and decrees to children?

Day 4 READ: Hebrews 5:11 - 6:10 How does ‘solid food’ help us mature in Christ (v.14)? What are the dangers of a prolonged immaturity (6:4-6)? What does the agricultural analogy suggest in vv. 7-8? What encouragement does v. 9-10 give to you? How might that apply to your broader family?

Day 5 READ: Psalm 78:1-8 What does the Psalmist desire future believers to know and ‘not forget’ about God? What happens when the next generation forgets? Whose responsibility is it to see that they remember? (revisit Deut 6 above). In what arena can/should you make your voice heard in presenting the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord? How might you leverage that for His glory and the kingdom's good?
