Week 5: Killers become Compassionate
Saul was a hater of the early Christians. He believed they were an anti-God cult that was misleading his people. His goal was to eradicate the world of Christians. He gave consent to the murder of Steven and then began to design a plan to destroy Christians, churches, and the name of Jesus. But, God has grace, even on the most violent and hate filled of non-believers. When Saul met Jesus, he not only had his name changed (to Paul) but his heart changed. Over time he became tender, kind, and gentle. This is a transforming work that God wants to do in every one of us.

In this series we will look at how encounters with Jesus changed people 2,000 years ago and every day since!
