Message: “Week 5: Killers become Compassionate” from Kevin Harney
A message from the series “Extreme Makeover: Life Edition.” Saul was a hater of the early Christians. He believed they were an anti-God cult that was misleading his people. His goal was to eradicate the world of Christians. He gave consent to the murder of Steven and then began to design a plan to destroy Christians, churches, and the name of Jesus. But, God has grace, even on the most violent and hate filled of non-believers. When Saul met Jesus, he not only had his name changed (to Paul) but his heart changed. Over time he became tender, kind, and gentle. This is a transforming work that God wants to do in every one of us.
