The Worship Experience Director/Pastor will lead worship and coordinate and lead the worship bands on Sundays, and during Special Events, with a goal to develop a culture of passionate worship through song and other artistic expressions at Shoreline Church.
Along with a team of others, the Worship Experience Director/Pastor is an integral part of the artistic process for each sermon series and responsible for Worship Center ambiance. Additionally, this director/Pastor will oversee Programming, Tech/Production and will cast artistic vision to create a cohesive and unified artistic front in the Shoreline Worship Center.
