The Women’s Ministry Director will serve Shoreline Church by giving vision and leadership to the Women’s Leadership Team. This will be done by equipping, supporting, and encouraging the volunteer leaders as they use their gifts to lead their teams in each ministry area. The Women’s Leadership Team includes volunteer leaders for Mothers Of PreSchoolers (MOPS), Women’s Mentoring, Women’s Bible Study, Special Events, Prayer, and Connections. In partnership with these leaders, she will provide opportunities to encourage all women to grow in their faith and to create an atmosphere in which women who are disconnected from God can draw near to the Savior.
