Memorize and Reflect

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. (2 Corinthians 9:7)

Prayer Direction

Examine your heart and pray that God will guide you in willing and joyful giving. Be ready to be prompted to give in new and exciting ways. Find time to offer thanks daily that God has blessed you with provisions for your life.

“Live It!” Challenge

Pay attention to how you give and ask yourself if that reflects your true feeling about having Jesus in your heart and life. Be willing to make changes, be willing to increase your generosity in a way that grows and stretches you. Make it a ritual in the morning upon waking to ask God how and where you can give of your resources today.
